Galaktoboureko at Anogeia

Custard pie. A Greek classic made with a fine grained semolina-based custard in a golden phyllo pastry, drizzled with melted butter, then covered in a syrup flavoured with honey, lemon and cinnamon.

It's usually made in big trays and sliced up but you can also find little ones called γαλακτομπουρεκάκι (galaktobourekaki) ready to pop in your mouth.
