σουτζούκ λουκούμ
A specialty of Komotini, a long sausage-shaped sweet made by stringing walnuts on a thread and dipping them in thickened grape must similar to loukoúmi, then dried and dusted with powdered sugar to resemble a soutzoúki sausage.
You can get it in many flavours, and can be rolled in sesame seeds, sliced almonds, ground pistachios and even ground Oreo cookies.
