zymarópita
ζυμαρόπιτα
A 'flour' pie, similar to alevropita, made with batter and baked in the oven with feta; others add grated zucchini to the mix, too.
Κασόπιτα (Kasópita) from Epirus is a zymarópita made with sheep butter, feta, yogurt, a touch of honey and topped with sesame seeds.
