malaká

μαλακά

Literally 'soft'– a milky fresh white goat's or sheep's milk cheese, often served as a dessert with honey.

It's always important to make sure you put the accent on the correct syllable in Greek, but especially when saying malaká, as maláka isn't very nice, although paradoxically it can also a term of affection among old pals.

Cheese, dairy and eggs
