A simple semolina pudding from Kythara drenched in honey, cooked together with cinnamon and topped sesame seeds, a bit like a gooey semolina halvas. In the old days, it was made from the honey left over from the honeycomb (κηρήθρα, kirithra), mixed with cracked wheat.
