Skotiri cheese

A soft and tangy cows and sheep’s milk cheese only made the Cycladic island of Íos, combining kefalotýri and myzíthra, with plenty of summer savory or throúbi in the mix along with other herbs.

It is served on its own (often for breakfast, spread on bread) or in vegetable dishes or salads
