Karamanlídiki sáltsa
Καραμανλίδικη σάλτσα
A thick red spicy sauce made with garlic, hot pepper, tomato and roasted eggplant (and sometimes roasted red peppers) from Cappadoccia that’s often served with meatballs.
Just καραμανλίδικο (karamanlídiko) refers to the sauce as well.
