παρμάκ κεμπάμπ
παρμάκ κεμπάμπ (parmák kebáb) are long thin
sausages, usually made of beef and mutton with a bit of garlic,
introduced by Greeks from Anatolia. They are often cooked in a
dish with aubergines.
