Ταούκ Κιοκσού
Also known as πολιτική κρέμα (politikí kréma) which sounds like ‘political cream’ but is really a creamy milk-based pudding similar to egg custard made with a recipe from Asia Minor.
It’s often flavoured with mastícha, or rose water, or orange. Some recipes Made with whole milk (some use buffalo milk), there are plenty of recipes; one even includes a chicken breast.
