Made with potatoes and flour, but not eggs and generally lighter than classic gnocchi. Often served with sautéed Tuscan kale, or cavolo nero.

In August, Rocca Santo Stefano (near Rome) hosts a Sagra Gnoccacci ai Funghi Porcini.
