gnoccacci with kale

Made with potatoes and flour, but not eggs and generally lighter than classic gnocchi. Often served with sautéed Tuscan kale, or cavolo nero.

In June, Rocca di Cave (near Rome) hosts a Sagra Gnoccacci e Pecora.
