Serbo-Croatian kebabs
Also Ćevapčići or Ćevapi, made with ground pork, lamb and beef, with onions and paprika. Found around the Slovenian border and in Udine. It's often served with a sauce called ajvar made of tomato, garlic and peperoncini.
