gratin—or cooked with oregano

In Basilicata, patate raganate is a classic cucina povera dish, made with sliced potatoes, onions, tomatoes, olive oil, pecorino and oregano, topped with bread crumbs and baked in the oven.

Raganate or arraganate elsewhere probably means its prepared with oregano.
