the 'Little Donkey' aperitivo of Genoa

Also known as Asinello 'little donkey' for its label, Corochinato, invented in 1886, is the classic Vermouth of Genoa, made with fortified white wine, wormwood and secret herbs that give its special taste. To be drunk cold, with a slice of lemon.
