Made in the Parc naturel régional du Pilat, Rigotte de Condrieu is a rather rare AOP farmhouse cheese made by 19 producers from raw full fat goat's milk. It is soft with a natural rind, round, tinted ivory to blue, with a hazelnut aroma.
