Κιουνεφέ Καϊδαντζη
KaidanCheese, a company of innovative cheese makers markets a sweet and savoury dessert combo called Κιουνεφέ Καϊδαντζη (Kionefe KaidanCheese).
It combines a soft sheep cheese with golden kadaifi, with the open of adding syrup and honey. It's similar to Turkish künefe.
