vizir parmak

Βεζύρ παρμάκ

Vizier, by Castellan Antoine-laurent - 1812

You might also see Βεζύρ παρμάκ (vizir parmak), a rich pastry that came from Constantinople (obviously the only kind a vizier would like!) in the same shape, covered in gooey syrup and sprinkled with chopped pistachios. They sort of resemble and are named after the sausages, parmák kebáb.

There’s also a chocolate version: Βεζύρ παρμάκ σοκολάτας.
