brandáda

μπραντάδα

Many Greeks make it similar to the French brandade, mixing bakaláos with potatoes, but on the Cyclades they made Κυκλαδίτικη μπραντάδα (kykladítiki brandáda) with tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes, or even replacing the potatoes with fava.
