μπραντάδα

Many Greks make it similar to the French version, mixing bakalaos with potatoes, but on the Cyclades they made Κυκλαδίτικη μπραντάδα (kykladitiki brandada) with tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes, or even replacing the potatoes with fava.
